We understand that coming along to a new place for the first time can be a daunting prospect. If you are new to church or thinking about joining us on a Sunday you would be most welcome. We hope that this page will help to answer your questions and provide you with the information you need to help you as you begin your journey with us.

Where is the church?
We currently meet at 56-58 Knightsbridge Park, Belfast BT9 5EH (Belfast YMCA)

What time does it start?
Our morning service takes place at 11am (lasting 1h 25mins with a coffee break in the middle); kids and youth environments run alongside this service.

What should I wear?
Come as you are! Most people come along in casual dress, for example jeans and t-shirt. However, if you would like to dress more formally, please feel free.

Where can I park?
There is free parking on-site. There is parking available inside the front entrance with a further carpark closer to our church doors for disabled or family parking.

Can I get the bus?
The 8D bus from the City Centre brings you to Stranmillis. Our nearest bus stop is at Sharman Road. If you jump off at this stop, walk onto Richmond Park and go past Stranmillis Primary School on the left you will see our entrance after about a 5 minute walk.

What should I expect?
When you arrive you will be greeted by a member of our team who will be wearing a blue t-shirt. You can grab a drink, find a seat and a 5minute countdown will appear on the screens to let you know when the service will begin.

Our service will then begin with around 15 minutes of worship led by our live band, followed by announcements giving us information about upcoming events and church news. We then have a short break with refreshments (children go to kids church at this point in the service) which gives us a chance to meet others and catch up. We will proceed with a life applicable 35 minute talk followed by 10 minutes of worship.

If you have children aged 0-14 we have two stimulating and relevant environments.

Kids Church: Ages 0-10
We have a kids church environment for all kids aged 0-10 during our morning service. Your children will stay with you during the start of the service (15mins of worship & announcements) before leaving to go to the kids church. They go to kids church at the start of our break for refreshments so this will give you plenty of time to register your kids with our trained awesome volunteers and collect them after the service ends. They will play, sing songs, learn bible stories and be cared for by our wonderful team.

Youth Church: Aged 10-14 (P6-Yr10s)
Youth church is a fun and vibrant gathering where youth eat breakfast, worship God and explore bible teaching, that happens before the Sunday service on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month from 10:15-10:55. It's purpose is to help each young person thrive in their discipleship journey. Outside of Sundays the team plan to do social outings on Friday or Saturday evenings every 6 weeks or so to build friendship and community with our youth.

Check out a song we have just released as a church called ‘What Only You Can Do’...

Meet and greet?

You may find it useful to be greeted by one of our Welcome Team when you arrive who will greet you at the front door and show you to a seat. If you would like to fill in the form below to request this service.
